  --- RESUME --- The research in this journal has an interesting background because it was held since the Covid-19 pandemic. As we all know that during the pandemic, both universities and other educational institutions changed the learning system which was initially carried out face-to-face, then transferred to online. Surely, there are various challenges along the way. In particular, the logistical challenges and technological challenges are very big, at least that happened at West Kazakhstan State University (WKSU). Researchers think that in the future, leading universities will seek new business models and will implement disruptive innovations into these learning processes. Moreover, in recent years, the development of higher education in Kazakhstan has been accompanied by intensive economic growth which has increased the demand for highly qualified employers.
