  --- RESUME --- The research in this journal has an interesting background because it was held since the Covid-19 pandemic. As we all know that during the pandemic, both universities and other educational institutions changed the learning system which was initially carried out face-to-face, then transferred to online. Surely, there are various challenges along the way. In particular, the logistical challenges and technological challenges are very big, at least that happened at West Kazakhstan State University (WKSU). Researchers think that in the future, leading universities will seek new business models and will implement disruptive innovations into these learning processes.   --- RESUME --- First of all, since the concept of number operations, especially in multiplication is one of the students’ difficulties in understanding mathematics concepts. The formula is typically used by the teacher to introduce multiplication concepts without involving the concept itself. Due to teachers typically teach multiplication operations in symbolic or abstract form, students learn multiplication operations more on the process of memorizing than understanding. They also have a number of errors that represent their lack of comprehension of numerous math concepts as well as the long multiplication algorithm (Ahmad, 2010).
